We have some EXCITING news to share! After lots of planning and anticipation, our nurses’ station and medication room are officially getting a makeover! 🎉

This long-awaited renovation will bring a fresh new look to an important part of our facility, including a brand-new nurses’ station, updated flooring and lighting, medication room improvements, new cabinetry, and a wheelchair-height counter to make the nurses’ station even more accessible for our residents. ❤️

And the transformation is beginning THIS MONTH! 👏

To help keep things running as smoothly as possible, much of the new nurses’ station is being built off-site before installation. Our nursing team will temporarily relocate just across the hall while the current station is removed, and the new one takes its place.

Of course, renovations come with a little noise, dust, and excitement! 🦺 During construction, a plastic barrier will be installed around the work area to help contain dust and keep the rest of our facility clean and comfortable. New flooring will even be installed at night whenever possible to help minimize disruption for our residents.

This project has been talked about and planned for years, so we are beyond excited to finally watch it become a reality! 🥳
