Tierra Rose Care Center

Tierra Rose Care Center is an Intermediate Care (Nursing) Facility providing professional level nursing services to residents 24 hours a day. Most residents at this level of care have acute and /or chronic medical needs.

24 Hour LPN or RN on-site
Certified Nursing Assistants providing personal care
Three meals a day
Registered Dietitian on staff
RN Care Manager oversees plan of care
Complete medication review and management
Activity Program
Laundry & housekeeping services
Rehabilitation & Restorative Services
Medical Director on staff

Rosewood Court

Rosewood Court is a beautiful Residential Care Facility in a secured setting that provides services to residents with Alzheimer's and other dementias. Rosewood Court was specifically designed to maintain a gracious and home-like atmosphere.
