Current Openings:

Tierra Rose Care Center is a family-owned ICF level long term care facility on a lovely 10 acre campus in a quiet east Salem neighborhood. Rosewood Court is our 50-bed residential care facility providing a secure atmosphere for residents with dementia/Alzheimer’s. We have a wonderful team of nurses and other supportive staff who are dedicated to providing the best possible care to our residents.

(1) Tierra Rose

• FT or PT CNA

(2) Rosewood Court

• Resident Assistant (RA) needed for swing shift - full and part-time available.

• Provide personal care/assistance

  • One year experience working with Alzheimer's/dementia residents preferred

  • Wage based on experience

(3) CNA Class

• We are pleased to be offering free CNA classes through Rosewood Court. Classes are approx. 4-5 weeks long and prepares students to take the CNA exam to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.
